Apparently not, I've seen a picture of Karmen in a powder room with loads of handbags. It looked like it was also shot by Testino - oddly enough no transportation in sight, but a glossy image of her in a sheer dress and black stockings - basically just like his shoot VF shoot with Taylor Swift.

I don't know if i would describe Carmen as cheap. IMO overexposure took the brand up and down. That said the new ad does actually look like a Testino Vogue ed like someone said before.
