looks extraordinary,droogist! i'm so happy for him and in general he's back on the map again. this is a true example of his vision and his talent.

it's an art exhibition,so will there be a more commercial variation of these works? just curious. i'd love to see some of these elements in a collection.

Scott, I really hope so. The pieces for the current A/W season are, er, not exactly thrilling, but maybe next season he'll be afforded a bit more creative license. Here's hoping...

I'm so glad to see him back, too. There are really very few designers with his combination of talent, skill, integrity, and ethics. We need him.

He's such a stand-out on par with Margiela. Love his comeback! I'd have to say this is much better than his previous few RTW collections, so perhaps the art medium suits his vision.

you know for me there was four designers....margiela,adrover,cianciolo and preen(long before they completely went off)....they all truly revolutionised this recycled aesthetic that a lot people seem to think only came to fore only recently with this eco-craze. nope. they were doing that already....9 years ago and even longer,in fact. but it just exemplifies the kind of innovation he,miguel,is very capable of. and i wonder how he will be able to incorporate those elements again with this new venture,since he is still so passionate about it. as well,i'd love to see what he can do with the shell texture of that one piece. i can't wait to see what's to come from him.
