Here's a girl Modelresource is keeping a close eye on.

Mikayla is a 16-year-old from Medicine Hat, Alberta, who was discovered by Toronto photographer (and Calgary ex-pat) Sean Penhall

The 5'10" blue-eyed, blonde tells Modelresource she was a little reluctant at first - as was her Mom - but after a little convincing they decided to give it a shot.

Ford brought her to Toronto for LG Fashion Week in March, and added some photoshoots to her portfolio.

That resulted in Bravo offering a contract to get Mikayla to Tokyo this summer.
