I think it's cute and very fitting for her. This girl clearly can't win with everyone so it seems.

She must have been gifted these shirts because who would think that cut of a shirt would be flattering, even with a tank-top underneath for colder weather? She sometimes doesn't wear a tank under and lets her tummy hang out, in the warmer weather.

It's nice and refreshing to see her not out of sweats regardless, but a better flattering cut of shirt would be a step even better!
