I actually think Mila looks better than Michelle, not that it matters I think they both look nice. Although, I'm so over the look Michelle is sporting with that hair and than prim and proper colour on a dress trend.
Mila's hair is lovely and her dress is sexy and laid back. It'd just be nicer if it emphasised her waist a little better.

I can't say one looks better than the other or one is more frumpy when they clearly have their own styles going and they work for each of them.

The purple dress is Versace, which IMO, is so suitable for her va va voom sexy image.
