She was 7 when she moved to the U.S. from Ukraine. She doesn't speak Ukrainian, but she does speak fluent Russian. It took her a year and a half to pick up English when her family moved to California in 90/91.

Like in that JT video, when she wanted to clarify something she goes "Huh?" instead of "Excuse/pardon me/Sorry, could you repeat that?" It's considered a bit rude to do that in a conversation, let alone a press conference. And in other interviews she makes it really obvious that she is annoyed with a question, even when they are legitimate questions.

I get what you mean. As a celebrity, you're expected to be polite and well-mannered. I don't think necessarily that she's NOT either of those things. She is just a candid, real person which takes presidence over being this bottled up polite persona of a celebrity. For instance, when she was going back and forth with the Russian reporter, it could be viewed as rude to put her in her place, but she was sticking up for Justin and answering in her typical light-hearted, sarcastic tone.

I agree with you, I love Mila as an actress and I love her style, but she is 27 and sometimes she act like a teenager.

Agree with Caroline... or even more I think she looks like an arrogant and not very smart girl in that video. Using "huh" and "what" when you'd like people to repeat the sentence, doesn't help that either...

btw I think the question for Justin was legitimate - why movies, why not music?
Even if it was asked in some sarcastic way (which I did not notice) he is a grown up man I firmly believe he can answer himself...
