^ You're observant it's a shame that she never got the respect she deserved as other models like Du Juan; Liu Wen; and Shu Pei got all the accolades. She didn't actively pursue opportunities outside of China which hurt her in the end due to cosmetics contracts. I wished her agent strategized her career more thoughtfully because she eclipses the other Chinese models. Case in point she made her debut at Christian Dior couture in 2007 and was the only model who got a Vogue cover (Russia) for the entire collection.

Wandan couldn't be bothered to trot around the world getting cosmetics contracts because she's engaged in marriage to a wealthy businessman who gave her a 8.88 carat diamond ring that's ridiculously large. Let Shu Pei, Liu Wen and Du Juan get those contracts but Mo Wandan is marrying someone who's very wealthy so money isn't an issue.
