Moa Aberg

Can't wait to see her editorial in Vogue. This really could be a breakthrough for her, having cooperated with the famous Bruce Weber for Vogue.

^ not sure about the hair but oh, she looks gorgeous facially. It's always interesting to see which models can work it in a Weber editorials because it's definitely different from the usual studio gig (and I don't just mean location wise).

the ed is really really lovely and sweet, i love this all american mood, Moa is gorgeous of course, but looks a bit too childishly young, and inexperienced in modeling. i'm not surprised she didn't do shows this season.

While she's too young for my taste, she's definitely taking better shots than most "top" newcomers these days. She's quietly soulful in editorials and tests, one in a million.

I agree with this. There is not doubt that she's absolutely stunning, but needs to mature a bit. I'm sure in a few years she'll be a force to be reckoned with.

She really reminds me of Cassi Van Den Dungen. So much potential! She will be big soon :D

She's already quite a good model. Not a master poser yet, but she has that rare, natural connection with the camera. The Weber story is all about innocent youth nostalgia and they've really highlighted her "youngness" here, I don't think it says much about her looks or skills in general. She even looked more sophisticated in those Art + Commerce digitals.

I'm glad she didn't walk this season, though. There was no actual need for it. She'll be 16 very soon which makes everything easier. Though I want to add that I think people's expectations may be a bit too high. Moa's pretty short, for one thing... and you just never know what will happen. Luckily, runway doesn't mean much and she's starting to build a nice print resume (should be more on the way...).

Btw the pics in #113 are 1-2 years old. Some of her first tests from Sweden. I don't understand why IMG would bother uploading those, but it's kind of interesting to compare and see the progress.
