I am starting with two Breakfast suggestions from the lovely Vita Sidorkina.
Banana Pancakes
1 Banana
2 Eggs
3 Tablespoons Almond Milk
Mash the banana with a fork, add two eggs and a bit of almond milk (3-4 tablespoons). If desired, you can also add protein powder. Shake it all together so it's all mixed up, then bake it on a pan until the pancakes get golden brown. When I serve them I always add honey and berries to get even more pleasure
My tip: I add 1 or 2 spoons Almond Flour.
Scrambled egg whites with tomatoes and avocado toast
1/2 Tomato
3 Eggs
2 Toast Slices
1/2 Avocado
Finely chop and lightly fry half a tomato in a pan. Take three eggs and separate the yolks from the whites, pour the whites over the tomatoes, and cook until it's ready, adding salt and pepper to taste.
For the toast, I always use pressed bread -- it can be easily found in Russia and the USA -- toast it until it's light brown, and place thinly sliced avocado layers on top.
