Models discovered through modelling contests / searches

Hey...let's start a thread for known models who have participated or won modeling contests like Elite Model Look or Ford's Supermodel of the World...
I think it's very interesting to see which models started out in modeling competitions as opposed to being "scouted" or "discovered," etc.
This would be good for both current and older models...

Elite Prague/Bratislava has obviously strong position in elite network since almost every year they got a winner or runner up or the girl ended up least among 1st 15 girls. Not bad for such a small countries as Slovakia and Czech Republic are....

Um, aren't models like one of the top 5 exports of the Czech Republic? lol

2001 supermodel of the world winner Asta Bulaskaite from Lithuania. She was such a sweetheart and was so good to Ali when she arrived in NY....but just like most young girls who enter those contest,Asta was 14 and very slim when she won... a few years later developed into a lovely young woman with curves. Bye Bye Asta...we loved you and will never forget you.

From Australia, Alyssa Sutherland won the Girlfriend Model Search in 1997; Nicole Trunfio won a few years later (though not sure if this one was the Dolly or GF Model Search).
