Zara has an - at least - very similar one, it comes in khaki and grey. But I cant say for sure if it's just similar or the same dress.

the reason they wear so much black is because they are travelling all the time. its easier to pack all black/neutral things so that you can travel light and you can just put anything together quickly to make an outfit. a lot of models have said this is why they wear so much black in interviews.

or another reason to wear so much black is that black color just makes models slimmer lol
