Ming's outfit isn't boring, it's just not very exciting. (If that makes any sense.) The bracelets are horrid, and personally I'm not too fond of the shoes either, but she works the shorts well with that set of legs. The outfit just needs some color injected into it somehow and I think it would look really nice.
