I don't mean to sound overly critical or nostalgic, but I just feel like models style these days is entirely uninspiring (with a few exceptions). A few years back when Gemma Ward, Daria, Lily Cole and Lily Donaldson were THE models, all their off-duty style seemed so fresh, inspiring and generally flawless. These days they're obviously still gorgeous and wearing nice clothes, but they just don't seem to do it with the same panache or freshness.

Is it just me?

Word! I have a folder on my mac with loads of photos of model's street style. But all the photos are from before 2008... haha. Now, the only models who seem to achieve somewhat inspiring looks are the Swedish supermodels..

I too miss Iekeliene Stange's outfits AND IRINA LAZAREANU! She was my favorite... And Sasha...
