Rasa looks great indeed. But I think it's more about the whole ensemble together with her personality that seems to be reflected in what she's wearing here.
I think some girls just don't "fit" the style they have.
Another great example is Ruby Aldrige - she always seems to be 100% herself with the clothes she has on.

Hmm... for me this outfit is a bit too messy. Same as for Frida some pages back: the pieces itself are lovely, but in combination not working too well. The polka dots, the leather, the animal print, the patent-leather shoes AND a belt... too much all at once for me.
