I'm not completely sure all the girls will follow, I've seen the message as well (and one of the bookers in question was like the main booker at Major actually) but have no clue yet on what will happen to all the new faces at Major (Viera, Irina & Ksenia, Olga Mazur etc.) but the big ones being switching is only half a surprise to me... same for Imogen, I guess she was at a very nice place at d'management but as her mother agency is Next London it couldn't make more sense. Fashion Milan was a co-founder indeed, but not a shareholder any longer

do you think we'll see more girls leaving IMG in the near future?
the power balance has shifted and they're not quite the same star factory anymore
they still get many of the best new faces and they have tons of them (which is part of the problem)
all these great new-ish girls who don't really get anywhere, yet hardly anyone leaves??
patience can be a virtue, but wouldn't it be tempting to try your luck elsewhere?

(sorry if this kind of "speculation" is OT, i think it's an interesting topic and would like to hear other people's thoughts on the matter, didn't know where else to post)

Well Women/Supreme and NEXT have definately have grown leaps and bounds, IMG isn't what it used to be mostly because these agencies are getting so much more powerful

This might be an explanation quite many girls left Major. They just went with their bookers. This is what often happens when bookers switch agencies, they take some girls with them.
Although I have no idea if any bookers in this case, Major, left.

I think that it will be a slow change. I think Mother Agents all over the world are going to be more likely to put their top new faces with Next, Women, Marilyn than with IMG at this point. Everyone always wants the brand new girls, so they may not bother to switch the girls they already have at IMG, even if they are just sitting on the board.
IMG has also gotten the reputation for trying to convince girls to leave their mother agents. That will keep those MAs from even placing with them again.
