Joan didn't follow Kyle to Next, so I don't think there's the same level of loyalty. If Kyle actually moved back to IMG, I wouldn't be surprised if Joan just moved on elsewhere. Lions likes to sign on models with name and face recognition even if they are no longer at the peak of their careers, so IF Joan is leaving No Smoking, Lions would be an obvious landing spot for them.

No, DNA is much better at developing girls than Lions. Maybe the new bunch of bookers Lions poached from Elite will change things, but DNA used to be allied with Viva Paris through which they got a lot of the top prospects who were then developed into stars. Maybe they still are aligned with Viva, though a lot of DNA girls are now landing at Ford Europe and vice versa, rather than Viva. In terms of your question, look through DNA's roster and there are a lot of BIG girls like Karen Elson, Linda E, Julia Nobis, Liya Kibede, who were at the very top of the high fashion world. Lions has some big girls, but just not in the same class, though with the recent defections from Elite, they are pretty close to DNA with respect to what you were asking. But IMO, Lions is just not in the same class as DNA. Not yet at least.
