Models Switching Agencies

losing any girl is bad news for an agency if they rake in the money though.

Olga, Egle, Sessilee...not a good time

Loosing a good working girl means loss of money for the left agency, of course. Loosing a girl on development level might not be such a big problem, there are tons of new faces waiting to get in. Loosing a development girl who signs with an agency who makes her working a lot better/top annoys every left agency a lot
But models switching agencies is part of the business.

When a girl first signs, they are under contract for minimum 2 years, but usually 3. It is hard to switch before that since most girls in Development are also in debt and can't leave until their debt is settled. It's tricky.

there is no 2 cases the same.
most girls are still managed by a mother agency, and in this case the "main" contract is the one between the mother agency and the agency abroad, as the real exclusiv representant of the model is the mother agency, who only delegate its right to an abroad agency under many conditions...

Most deal with agency abroad are automatically broken if the mother agent change, hence why some "big" mother agencie have 2-3 companies seted up for themselves, so they can actualy switch the girls when they want and how they want, without any care, for any contract in London NY or wherever...

aslo the debt is never a problem, it is is never more than few thousands dollars, if an agency wants a girl, they will pay her debt. it is just a problem for girls who think they dont work because of their agency, but for who nobody wants to pay the debt to take them...:ninja:

switch are never tricky, it is just monney discussions, and this include the left agency...;)

Olesya Senchenko: Women -> Elite Milan
Caroline Demarqui: Women -> Elite Milan
Danielle Meyer: Women -> Elite Milan

^Why would one voluntarily leave Women :ninja: ?? There the most powerful agency atm imo

I doubt they left voluntarily; an agent probably left. Women Milan's board is way too cluttered, I'm sure they'd be better off with Elite.

True, Women Milan isn't the same as Women NY and anyway, even without this mention, being signed with the "most powerful agency of the world" will never be a guarantee for your career. Some girls will do well with smaller, "weaker" agencies while some others will fail with the biggest powerhouses...

^They lost/cut a lot of girls. I remember their board of about 400 girls, now just over 250. The same for Women Direct.

yeah their board on women Milan site is massive.. I always wondered how it was possible to have so many girls on one board

how someone can know how much girls there is really in their "activ" board?
i know many girls on their web site who are even not models anympre for few years, and some others who had not have any women Booking for ages.
do you consider their web site like their actual working board?

Yeah i figured that, but I at least thought they were the agency, so even if they aren't in Milan and booking things, its still quite unbelievable how many girls were on their website.
