Thanks for the info. Just to make sure I am clear, if the relationship starts with one agency, but it is not a contract or a booking made by the previous agency, then the new agency gets all of the money. For example, a model has worked the last 5 Versace shows / presentations, campaigns, etc., and then if she is selected for the next show, campaign, the old agency gets nothing at all even though the relationship started with them?^^No. Which ever agency confirmed that booking will receive the money for the job.
Generally when a model moves the new agency honors the current options that the old agency had on that model. Even if those confirm, the old agency would receive the revenue from that.
