It's doubtful that Ford is actively poaching girls from Society, simply because they don't need to. If you look at how quickly Society was on top (2 seasons), it's only a matter of time before Ford is launching & managing their own stars.

Yes but Society became on top so quick because they took all the stars from Marilyns, not because they started from scratch.

Society is also aligned with Elite Europe, which is a dynamite operation. ALOT of their girls came through EE and the Elite Model Look contest, or whatever it's called. Ford doesn't have its own contest any longer. It has the V mag thing but that's not been a great success for their women's board, although it's been good for their men's board. You still need contacts and feeder agencies globally if you're a NYC agency. So far Ford Paris has not been great at feeding the pipeline for the NYC office.
