Modern[ist] (Fashion Fringe) S/S 06 London

it was really nice, so rich looking
definately my fave out of the 4 competitors

I'm one of the few, then... who can't say anything nice. :p I suppose it just doesn't suit my taste. But I lied in my first statement, it's original and I can easily see how it might attract a different fanbase...

impressive and amazing collection as well, but i agree with erdem taking home the winner position, i liked it just slightly more than this one here........

Hi,

Well I was actually fortunate enough to actually be at the show on Wednesday night. It was held at the London Trocadero, a shopping complex for those not familiar with London.

The reason I was at the show was that I am the younger brother of Andrew Jones. I think they should have won, but then I am a little bit biased. It has been quite interesting to see the comments That have been made here.

wow gorgeous stuff!

edit: are the shoes Loubs?

Welcome! Please tell them we said we love it

I love the tablecloth inspiration ... I  antique and vintage linens.

We would also be interested to know where the line is picked up in the future ...

Hi,

Thanks for the comments. I have passed on your thoughts to the pair. I did mention this forum. But they are a little busy at the moment, they have other work commitments and they are also busy with other things at the moment B)

As for the shoes they were made specifically for the collection by a little known in the UK designer/manufacturer from Switzerland. They are actually stunning in the flesh... well leather!! lol.

I will of course let you know if and when they picked up. I hope to have information very soon.

The colours are rich and beautiful, I like how, even with all the detailing, it doesn't have this precious feel for it. And a return to real shoes, not the sweaty, stinky cowboy boots that seems to have rotted NY girls to their cores, is always appreciated.
