Moschino S/S 2017 : Gigi Hadid & Bella Hadid by Steven Meisel

holy cow they're everywhere this campaign season... bella's shot look the worse.

Gigi's last shot is beautiful, the only one I like so far. Bella's shot.. I can only look at that poor guy. She is putting her fingers in his eyes basically, that must hurt!

God, should we brace ourselves for the season of the Hadids? Meisel's really gunning for them!
I like the concept, and to some extent Gigi's first shot. But overall it's nothing new and they lack the fierceness to pull this off, instead looking like statues. Despite the blowing hair and sashaying it's still too static. Now imagine Naomi, Kate or one of the Brazilians in this.

Is there some weird Photoshop effect at work here? They both look unrecognisable, especially Gigi.

^I noticed the same, almost unrecognizable and they look more like props than real people.

The Steven Meisel campaigns and casts were the one thing that didn't make this brand completely cheap and repulsive, but this campaign and cast made it exactly that.

I want to like it but i can't. I wish it were other models.

Exactly, cheap models for a cheap brand!

I hope Meisel hasn't photographed these two for Marc Jacobs as well....

As I was saying in the Prada thread - this is the Meisel everyone is clamoring for? Had a no name photographer shot this, he would never be hired again for anything.

I like it, it suits the brand imo. I think that the weird photoshop on their faces just adds to the fake feeling of the clothes.

Both look good... campaign is perfect for Moschino...❤️

i like belle's shots more

i think irina or stella or romee would have been better than gigi

I absolutely love this, and whilst I understand the campaign is not to everyone's taste, I cannot help but to fall head over heels for this. Steven Meisel has delivered the goods yet again and gives me major Richard Avedon/Jun Rope vibes here. Yes!
