It really shocked me when I saw them together (especially because the link was titled 'Natalie Portman and her weird hippie boyfriend' ). For the longest time he was one of my favorite musicians, and then Cripple Crow happened, and then Karl happened, and the Hollywood and Lindsay Lohan happened, and I kind of wrote him off a little I think he had tons of potential at one point, too bad his work has gotten so uninspired; I've been lucky enough to meet him a few times and he is (was?) a total doll, seriously a beautiful soul. As clichéd as that sounds

I don't give two sh*** about natalie though! Overall too perfect for me to care, and like MulletProof said, she probably sees it as a cred boost. Yawn all over the place.

It's so funny reading the comments 'she's too good looking for him'. Hello! There are things beyond looks in relationships... and seeing that not many people knew who he was before they started dating, I'm afraid this will get him the wrong kind of attention. I don't want people to see him only as 'Natalie's feminine hippie ex boyfriend' because I find him so talented, but I think it's too late already...

Just to creep out you all even more, he has covered some Charles Manson songs, recorded his latest album in a house in Topanga Canyon (where Manson briefly lived), and calls his friends his 'Family' (Wink wink, Manson Family)'.
