I just watched the first episode, imo it´s a great new show :D
I´ve never been a big Zooey fan but she plays a better version of her past witty and cute characters.

Plot in a nutshell: Jessica gets dumped by her boyfriend so she has to move out, she ends up living with three guys.

Starring: Zooey Deschanel
Max Greenfield
Damon Wayans Jr.
Jake M. Johnson
Hannah Simone

Tuesdays on FOX

Ridiculously overrated. Zooey Deschanel needs to go back to making adorable indie films that I'll never watch.

Saw the first ep last week and loved it. It's got potential. (I did enjoy Two Broke Girls more though).

I feel like something is going to happen between Jess and Nick. There's a bit of a spark.

I liked, it's not something groundbraking, but it's nice little comedy. Zoe is so freaking adorable that i could watch anything just to see her.

^^the first few minutes of 2 Broke Girls were good imo though by the end of the ep I was kinda bored...
I saw that spark as well though I don´t know if it´s gonna evolve into something romantic or a great friendship :)

I was looking forward to this show because I thought the trailer was hilarious but really, the first episode was just awkward and not funny. All the singing is just annoying and the acting is not all that great either. Quite disappointed. But comedy series often start out bad so I'll probably watch a few more episodes before I write it off completely :p

^ I feel the same way. I'm hoping that the next episode will be better as they will probably have less of the funny scenes spoiled.

imo episode two wasn´t as cute as the pilot but still had its moments, like that scene with Blind Melon´s song :) I still find it entertaining, gonna keep watching.

I guess Damon Wayans Jr. was like a guest appearance, or maybe he was only in the pilot...? cause now his character is gone...

^ Yeah he filmed the pilot for NG at the same time as Happy Endings. That got picked up earlier so he went with that show. I love him on Happy Endings. The new guy will take getting use to.

But I agree with everything you said. It's cute so I will continue to watch.

I'm not a huge Zooey fan, I used to like her but she just gets more annoying. I did catch the show and it was okay. The show had its funny moments but its nothing groundbreaking and I cannot stand the singing..I'll probably continue to watch just because it comes on after Glee. ^_^

I loved this weeks ep. ''Your soft. Like a towel".

I don't know about Winston. The other three flow off each other and you can see them building a friendship but he's just hanging around in the background.

I still think it´s funny, not in a hilarious kinda way but they´re developing the characters kinda way, you know...? :)

is the show good enough? i watched the previews and didnt quite like it, thought the material they had was going to last briefly and end up boring everyone...
i'll guess i'll give it a try...

Bah, at first I refused to watch this because I'm super sick of the manic pixie dream girl persona that Zooey Deschanel has become the ambassador of, but I've seen every episode so far. I wouldn't call it giving the show a chance, more like I'm unemployed and bad television makes me feel better about myself
The character of Jess is highly annoying, mostly because she'd be super relateable if chick wasn't so darn aware of her "crazy" antics; she's quite normal when you think about it. I mean who doesn't tell stupid jokes and make up theme songs to everyday situations when surrounded by friends? :p

I liked EP 3, especially Natasha Lyonne's character.
