You just KNOW Mick Jagger hit on Nico,probably just didn't get anywhere with it.I LOVE Mick Jagger-too bad they were never a couple,but Brian Jones is just as nice and Nico is said to have been with him!!!!

They're from a book called The Rolling Stones: The Early Years by Dezo Hoffmann. Forget what I paid for it but it was quite expensive and it only has black and white photos. No my favourite photo book on the Stones. I just scanned the photo of Nico and Mick yesterday and what strikes me about the photo is how Nico is towers over Mick. How tall was she? I know that Jagger is somewhat short but he can't be shorter than Brian, and I think they were shoulder-to-shoulder. I can't see Jagger and Nico together. For some reason she seems out of his league and maybe he picked up on it. I'm going to have to try and read The End again. I want to get Life and Lies of an Icon but last time I checked Amazon the lowest price is $50.00.

IMBD says 5' 10" (1.78 m) not sure how accurate that is. I thought she was taller That's the same height they give for Mick Jagger too.

i thought she was taller too, so i looked it up quickly, and didnt see any exact figures, but i found this, i dont know how accurate it is....its kind of vague, but makes more sense to me.

John Cale's autobiography said that she was six feet. It also says that in Richard Witt's book, so i'm pretty sure thats correct. Back then a lot of guys wore boots with a heel on them. Nico's boots always look flat, so i think she was probably taller or the same height as Mick and Brian but they wore boots with heels. Just my guess...

I bought Nico and the velvets a while ago i love to listen to it before i go to sleep

I read some where that nico used to living partens or something like that with John Cooper Clarke and she was named Nico after a photography ex bf who did a shoot with her.

I watched that so many times before and I would have never have guessed that was supposed to be Nico. I have seen photos of the actress before, it just didn't register.

I just picked up Nat Finklestein's book on The Factory last night. Man, he was cruel with his words about Edie. Anyhow, this couldn't be Brian Jones, could it? It looks more like Dee Deebut he wasn't about back then. The photo read, Pete Townshend... Brian Jones and Andy.
