She plays Katherine a lot better than she does Elena. But I think evil is easier to play.

I 'met' her once, briefly. One of her friends goes to my university and she'd driven up from Toronto to pick her up. This was just before she got cast on Vampire Diaries so I really only knew her from Degrassi (if it was now I'd probably be a lot more excited haha). Her hair was just as amazing in person as it looks on TV.
