Disliking Nina's eyebrows more and more everytime I see new photos of her. They are too thick and overpower her face. She also looks like she doesn't have enough space in between her actual eyes and her eyebrows.

For ages, I couldn't figure out what was different about her from season 1 to season 2 but once I figured it out...

But yeah, I've said it so many times before. The thick eyebrows are very bad on her because like some upthread said, the area between her brows and eyes are too small for it.

I really wish she'd get a stylist. I seem to recall that the Gossip Girl girls, quickly catapulted into the fashion scene but I suppose it had something to do with the show itself. TVD is completely different in tone and genre. Then again, the Glee girls also quickly joined and Glee has nothing to do with fashion. It's just disappointing, because Nina is such a gorgeous and sweet girl that this is actually a case of where I want her to become more famous over those media wh*res.

i definitely prefer her brows from Season 1 i don't it's so much the size of her eyes, it's the lack of space between her eyes and her brows

she should get a stylist though, she has the body to pull off a lot of different styles

I don't know if she really needs or should hire a stylist. Nina doesn't even attend that many events and most of them are not really fashion related (e.g. MuchMusic video awards, CW upfronts). She's not attending fashion events (fashion shows, galas, dinners) where she has to impress fashion editors and the like. Obviously she has to look good but I think hiring a stylist would be a waste for events like these because they're not particularly important fashion-wise. Good stylists cost $$$.

But when her career starts to get hot and she's attending dozens of events and doing movie promo tours, she should get a stylist because then she'd really need one since there's a lot more attention (see Mila Kunis and Olivia Wilde). Otherwise she's going to turn into Camilla Belle, who looks fantastic all the time but gets mocked for having a red carpet career.

Camille Belle is mocked because she has no career. Nina does. Looking good is part of the industry (and well, this is a fashion forum) and the problem is that Nina actually has a pretty bad style. I don't think anyone of us believes she needs to have a stylist at hand 24/7, she could do like Emma Watson and just hire one event-to-event.
