Nina Ricci "Mademoiselle Ricci" Fragrance : Tatiana Cotliar by Johan Renck

the guy looks like the same guy who does Vera Wang's Lovestruck

and how lazy can they be, to use that same bottle AGAIN

It's very young, almost too young for a brand like Nina Ricci.

^^ I feel like she is young city girl, having a romantic night out but having fun not taking it serious...just being young like a free spririt :P

I think she is perfect for the ad!

It kinda looks like Freja's Valentina ad, but it's cute.

I love the feel of this ad. It's romantic but not very serious at all. Tati looks so beautiful.

i like the bottle but that's about it. the actual campaign images do nothing for me.

Another unneeded, unnecessary and lazy Licensed fragrance.

And the naming ? Mademoiselle Ricci ? Whoever thought of this one needed to be a bit more creative, with Coco Mademoiselle on the market as well as others with similar names, this doesn't ooze Femininity nor Modernity, it just looks lazy and unprofessional, I think instead of launching a half hearted attempt, they should of focused their energy in 'relaunching' one of their forgotten gems, in this case new isn't always better.

Also, the font is hideous and very un-Nina Ricci and generally as a campaign it looks a bit slapped together at the last minute, I've known students do a better last minute job than this, people who call themselves professionals at this.

^^now that you say that I think the font is a bit reminiscent of Coco Mademoiselle as well if I recall correctly!

Do you think maybe they're just trying to confuse people in an effort to cut into Coco Mademoiselle's sales...?

I like this even less now if that's possible.

What a waste of a gorgeous bottle. Theres such a disconnect between the bottle and the ad. Also, Tati was miscast. Someone like Stam or Vlada would have been a better fit. Don't get me started on that horrible font. Who was the art director???

Yeah the font is very similar, but it works for Coco Mademoiselle and the whole direction of their ads.

That's a very good point actually... it might be a strategy they have in mind, not a clever one though .

Unless they're trying to broaden their reach with a younger demographic, Tati looks too young. They've made her look like a coed.

I'm glad Tati got this campaing, she's young and pretty and she did so well, I'm tired of the old ladies of the 00's that some people still want to see, as well as the cliché and boring stereotype of beauty. This campaing is amazing the typography is really nice, isn't helvetica. Congratulations Johan Renck, I think Paris looks much better in the night. I hate crowded places. Nice story too.
