I've known her for ages. She's one of those girls who is just as stunning in person. And she downplays it which makes her even sexier. For a girl so blatantly gorgeous, I'm surprised it took so long. It seems to take longer for the true beauties.

Noelle is absolutely amazing!!! those lips drive me crazy . I also think her problem is the management - she is with elite worldwide and it just seem not to be working so well for her. And a little issue could be also her measurements - if it says hips 91 it usualy means 93cm in real. Change in management and a little work out and she could be the next Laetitia Casta. Hope she will find a way to get out of the contract with elite.
