Not Happy With Alterations...

i just bought something at a boutique and they did some alterations for me...one of them was to reinforce some button hooks (a suggestion by the sales associate) but i'm not happy with it, in fact it looks terrible...but it's already done. is there anything i should do...? can do..?

That sucks...I think it's reasonable to go back to the boutique that did the alteration and point out what's wrong with it. Let them try to redo or fix the alteration. Good luck!

Yep. If they screwed up, they need to fix it. That's their job.

unfortunately this happens often...it's very hard to find anyone to do even the most basic of tailoring properly...you should absolutely request that they re-do the work to your satifaction...remember...the customer is always right...
