The background does nothing for the cover. Well it does something, it ruins the cover. A plain white background would suit this cover even more. The gold doesn`t appeal to me as well. Even the tones on her hair. To me, this is a disastrous cover. I wish they made her bigger so that she`d dominate the whole cover. Too many spaces.

This is a really confusing cover. What makes it good, also makes it bad. The effects are pretty interesting, but the result looks quite amateurish.
