Horrible. Awful styling, especially against that background. The angle it was shot from is quite vulgar and not appealing for a cover shot.

Good for Xiao Wen, though. She's on a roll. MJ, Dior commercial and now a 2nd Numéro China cover already. Not bad.

I like it.

Smouldering Xiao Wen is something we don't see on a daily basis, not any longer the unconventional-looking girl in Marc Jacobs ad or Tim Walker's ed. I am just glad to see the variety of her recent work and I think she managed to pull this chic and cool cowgirl look off.

Nothing striking about the photography here. I am slightly reminded of this ed. But as I quite like the whole mood of that Kadel's one, I am looking forward to seeing Xiao Wen's ed as well.
