No it's not. Her hair is a little darker shade of blonde. You can see it in the first polaroids in her thread.

Definitely getting major 'inefficient millennial assistant' vibes here. The kind who permanently looks dressed to kill yet don't know how to operate a scanner.
I do like the effect somewhat. Marjan's posing is bad, but the theme looks cool and playful.
