well, actually Enikő was discovered by an agent when she was 15, then she won Hungarian Elite Model Look competition, but she debuted at the Chanel haute couture show 2006 July, so she was 18 then, if i'm (and Wikipedia) correct
Kinga Rajzák also debuted at Jil Sander when she was 18.

Off the top of my head, Kendra Spears was 19 when she started modeling.

Emma Pei signed with big agency at age of 20. Lara Stone made it big at 23.
Wow Bambi Northwood-Blyth signed with Elite when she was 19 I think also Joan Smalls was 19. Not sure but I think Julianna Imai and Laura Halm were 19.
