At one point he talked about trying to fit it into his schedule (which would have been hard with POTC3 to finish) and said that he wanted to do it to help Kate out, that she wanted to do the movie. The movie seems to have had a hard time getting off the ground. Orlando not doing doesn't surprise me but maybe they decided to go with a bigger name than Kate for the lead.

Me. 2 yrs ago in Toronto. I heard they changed it since then so I'm not sure what the new version of the movie is like. I liked it. He and Zoe have mad hot chemistry. IMO he needs to do smaller, character driven stuff after POTC3 wraps. Here's hoping we get news soon about possible new movies.

Well he'll be busy for sure with POTC3 until the end of the yr. Maybe in the New Year when he's had a rest and he's at home he'll go looking for a new project to do. Then again he'll have to promote POTC3 in May so he won't have too long of a break.

Rumors he's been making out with Penelope Cruz. If true he's certainly done an about turn from the Malibu Barbie look to someone more exotic. I'd love to see him hook uo with a brunette.

^^ I remember reading that, don't know who wrote it but I'm positive it wasn't fairy. At any rate Kate seems to have moved on to some new model bf so maybe the press will quit with all the "Orlando and Kate are pining away for one another" and "Kate's too heartbroken to eat" crap that they publish.

Orlando needs to hit the clubs with his fine looking friend Enrico so we can have some new pics to drool over.

I asked for new pics of Orlando and Enrico at a club and we get them!!! Plus apparently he was hanging out with Penelope Cruz as well at Hyde on 2 nights. He was hanging out with her after the MA afterparty. She's no starved blonde that's for sure.
