Orlando Bloom

One of my favourite looks he's ever had, I thought he looked so gorgeous that day!

Orlando Bloom goes for a jog at night with his faithful Black Labrador Sidi near his Los Angeles home ... notice his t-shirt reads Unstoppable. 10.29.07

Nicely colour coordinated there Orlando! Not sure what the person who wrote the caption was thinking with the whole '...notice his t-shirt reads Unstoppable' but it made me laugh!

I have to laugh - he dresses like such a guy!!! His latest outfits kill me but that only adds to his charm.

I think the pics Fliss posted look like they could be from a magazine spread, he looks like a male model in them.

Ug! I would HATE if someone caught me jogging. I dress like such crap.. oddly one of the few times I wear color. I need one of those leashe though, much easier than trying to keep the leashes untangled.

What's the big deal of him wearing that shirt? It's probably just comfy and he was jogging in the dark for crap's sake. I doubt he's making a statement with it.

I love how he is jogging and then the photographers are there, and he is walking with his hands in his pockets... Must have been so annoying!

Did he go on a clothes shopping spree at Target? Even at his most dressed down he always had that cute London Guy thing about him. Maybe he's spending too much time in LA. I wonder why? I figure you don't have to hang around LA to get movies considering lots of other Brits don't do it and that's what Clive Owen said in a recent interview. They are making a lot of great movies overseas now, a lot more than in America. But he has a house in Hollywood now so I guess he just likes it there. Eh a formerly self-described "London boy" living in celebrity-land, mixing it up with the paparazzi and making more appearances in the tabloids than the movies. Ah well they can't stay the same forever.

Thanks Fliss for those #3401 pics. He looked deadly gorgeous then.

yeah, not to sound offensive here but he dresses like a typical all-american boy most of the time...i want his brit-style back

^Yeah. It's funny being American but the only male style I like is Johnny Depp and formerly Orlando who dresses (or did dress) very un-American.

Completely agree with you both, I really like his brit-style. I wish he'd stay in the UK longer than he does, despite the fact that he always says London is his home he never really spends any time there and I don't think it's doing him any good. That's just my thoughts though!

Babyjane you're more than welcome he looked lovely didn't he! Fairy, I adore your avatar!

thank you babe :flower:

i think he doesnt dress like a London-er AT ALL!
as i said, hes looking all-american most of the time, like an Abercrombie & Fitch guy!

His cousin whom he is very close to live in LA as does I imagine a number of friends (and possible other relatives) so I can't hold it against him for wanting to spend time there - especially when he spent the last few months working in the UK.

I do wish we had news of a new project for him though - maybe there are some LA based projects that he is auditioning for?

I'm hoping we'll get more information on what he'll be doing too. Isn't there supposed to be a writer's strike soon in Hollywood? Would that affect the jobs available for actors or not really?

I think the writers strike will affect TV more than movies because Tv shows shoot on a weekly basis and are written as they go whereas the studios may/should have a stockpile of movie scripts that they can pull out and film at any time. I think the strike means that writers couldn't create any new material so as long as the script is good to go - movie actors could still be filming while there was a strike on.

Ah okay! Thanks for the info, I wasn't really sure how it all worked :D

Well, living in Los Angeles when you're famous doesn't make you a bad person or Paris Hilton!
Maybe he just likes living there because of the weather, seeing as he is a really physical guy. He's into surfing etc. so maybe it's just more his kinda environment.

Anyway, the pap's are just hounding him because of the car-crash thing. Hopefully, if he plays this all like a level-headed person and not a narcissist, the paps will eventually get off his case!

I don't think he's turning into one of THOSE celebs though. Nowadays, celebrities get photographed coming out of ONE nightclub ( and most people club now and then) and they're automatically drunk and high on cocaine. The celebutants have created an image that all celebrities are now hideously expected to follow. Even Orlando! Boohoo! Hopefully he wont! xx

^ Great post! I agree.
I think he's said that in an interview that he likes warm climates better and I can't blame him for liking california. I was always dead set against it, but the weather almost won me over when I went there. I mean damn! It's just perfect every damn day!

Moving on, he doesn't seem to become a celebrity ***hole to me. He's just gotten over a six week run in the UK and probably wants some sun and fun. I do long for a new project though, but I can understand him wanting to just chill out, especially after the car crash. They blow major ***.
