I like it. Just like the previous resort collection, I think Julien found a perfect formula between accessibility for a commercial collection and his aesthetic without diluting his vision.
I think this collection is a great answer for people that think his main collection is too extreme. The clothes are very straightforward, easy to wear separates.
MAS styling is on point here, I like it when she toned down with the layerings.

Julien is a total package designer right now, he proved that he can easily switch between experimental and commercial and executed them effortlessly.

It’s ok, I will always be enamored of his first, simpler collections but this pre-collection does not bother me, it’s a more wearable, clean version of the slapped-together 80s drivel that drives me mad in his main collections.
