Great idea for a show! When I saw the title I thought it was about that Pan Am disaster.
 
I´m downloading the episode to give it a try. You got me intrigued about the wardrobe!
 
I am old enough to remember PAN AM as an active airline....it was not the best time of the airline, but still...snif,
I´m old!

Christina Ricci is perfect for that period and for that uniform!

I think I even had a Pan Am´s toiletry case a relative gave me...
 
I enjoyed the pilot as well. Christina Ricci looks great and i am happy to see Annabelle Wallis :heart:
 
^I adore Annabelle too. But I fear that something will happen to hear. I thought for sure he was going to find her body in the apartment!

The second episode was good as well, i liked it. And the clothes were fantastic, loved the dress Laura wore in Paris, her mom looked amazing as well.

And ew at the douchebag passenger!

Dean and Colette better not go there, although they got chemistry, this actress is truly fantastic.
 
^ I agree that Dean and Colette have great chemistry but also how its a path that they shouldn't go down especially when Dean and the other woman (can't remember name) story line hasn't been fully explained.

Colette is probably my favourite character at the moment and also Christina's character (also can't remember her name, can't seem to remember anyones name today.
 
^ Lmao, its how it is with new shows, i swear, i had to go to IMDB to make sure its Laura, and not Kate when i wrote about the dress haha. Oh and Laura has a new hair color, sort of liked her better darker, but she is stunning either way.
 
OK...I LOVE this show! Agreed about Dean and Colette...those scenes were perfect, great chemistry and very romantic! Christina Ricci was great in her scenes as well. The story is just very interesting, I love all the split levels and how every character matters. It's hard to juggle so many storylines, but so far it works.
 
I really like Colette - love it when she speaks French! But I do not want to see her and Dean hook up. Especially not so soon after he and Bridget broke up. If I'm supposed to be invested in Dean and Bridget then don't ruined it but injecting Colette. If we're not supposed to be invested in Dean and Bridget, then why bother with her in the beginning?

I also like Kate. I kinda hope she hooks up with the CIA guy, Richard :lol: Spy relationships are the best!

Laura is too bland for my taste. I don't like how she dumped her fiance and then he freaking flew to Paris and wasn't even mad.

I want to like Maggie, and I like her character but I don't like Christina Ricci's acting with the character. Hate how she makes those bug eyes I get enough of that from Ian Somerhalder in TVD. I do think her and Ted could make an interesting couple.
 
^I think Dean and Bridgette is a valuble story because it really made you think he was going to find her and end up with her, but in reality she had to become a completely different person, and he'll never be with her. I love Collette as well; her french accent is beautiful. Christina Ricci's character is my favorite as well because she is so the opposite of how women were portrayed back then. The younger sister (cant remember he character's name) is so beautiful, and everytime she talks I am in awe :lol:
 
Kate's dress at the end paired with the necklace was so beautiful. I also really like Colette, she's beautiful. I was question why Bridet would recommend Kate in the first place when she knew what she might have to give up if her cover was blown for whatever reason.
 
Episode 3 best ep so far. If I haven't already said it by Colette is definitely my favourite character.
 
^ I second that on both accounts! Its officially my guilty pleasure, loved this episode, and wow at the actress playing Colette! She is a revelation, and i truly hope she has a career beyond this show, she deserves it! Very talented, when she was singing scene, so well acted, she is on another level from the others, almost to good for a show like this haha. I do like Kate more, and more as well.
