Oh wow, Dolce & Gabbana doing "couture", that should be interesting, I just hope it's not glittery lace. I don't expect nothing new or inoperative from them, but I do have high expectations for red carpet gowns, really miss their show stopping dresses. Hopefully it's something like their FW07/08 finale dresses.

Donatella's preview looks like a Marchesa gown, hopefully the rest is better.

I'm hoping that designers have stepped up their game this couture season. I was looking for photos on modern couture and I found that the further back you go, the better the designs seem to be. (I mean that in terms of a few seasons, I can't really speak in terms of whole decades.)
