I styled her on a test shoot. She's very sweet and professional, but quiet and low energy. That might be why she isn't quite catching.

She's now at Women Milan. Fingers crossed she can break out of her shell and make a bit more of an impression on casting directors.

Hmm I can't completely agree with that. Any exclusive could have a slower show season after. There are more things that need to be taken into consideration. The business is getting tougher on new faces I think, very few girls I'm noticing continue their streak of a really successful show seasons. Things like body, skin, personality, and how good their agent is pushing them are all contributing factors. There are tons of girls that end up doing print work (which usually pays better anyways) and slow down their show season. Exclusives are a great way to start and Givenchy is no small show for a new face, but there's more to this business than being an exclusive for one show, one time.
