I know the label is actually not starting only this season (contrary to what style.com says)
They have been out there for a while. Maybe they went on a hiatus?

....Peachoo Datwani and Roy Krejberg hit the runway for the first time and played to the season's trends: black, collapsed volumes, and artsy lace.

I've always been a fan of their necklaces and the first two pics you posted confirm why... not on hiatus as far as I know because I bought it last season, maybe they meant it was their first catwalk. thanks for posting gius.

ah yes, you're right, luckyme ^_^
& you're welcome

half japanese

Peachoo + Krejberg (known to their accountant as Peachoo Datwani and Roy Krejberg), a design duo who have steadily been gaining a loyal fan base amongst louche rock gamines, presented their first catwalk collection today. It was clear from the very beginning of the mostly monochromatic affair that the Indian-Dutch pair were in thrall to the Japanese designers of the early eighties: Coats were deconstructed, skirts hung straight from the waist, and trousers were loose and androgynous. But adornment wasn't completely absent. From the large spiderweb-like crochet that cascaded down the front of the silk dresses to the tribal-style crystal necklaces that accompanied many of the outfits, it was evident that the two aren't averse to a little ostentation.

Does anyone have more photos of the collection?

I'm very impressed by this collection, would wear a lot of the pieces

I'm definitely impressed too, I love all of the outfits above

Anyone with a catwalking account? I've looked on getty, style.it and firstview, but no matches :(

some people on another thread were saying that their quality is not what you would expect from the prices... I have a top by them and I have to say that it's unnecessarily fragile.... which is very disappointing....

does anyone know if their quality is better now?

The aforementioned references to Japanese designers are spot on and I do like the construction and frequent use of black but I would have preferred if they actually refrained from adorning and embellishing...

Thanks for posting gius.

I found the collection, finally, thanks to Manette :buzz::wub: I'll post it in a bit

Sorry for the not similar picture sizes, I had to take screencaps and I can't crop well

^You're welcome, it's a pleasure for me to post such a great collection

wow, i find this magnificent

thanks so much for posting gius and kriszti

each look is so special + interesting....i love the draping and all the different textures, as well as the great shapes each look makes....and those tribal plate necklaces and arm pieces are really beautiful, they work so well with the clothes i think. i really love this, the styling is fabulous.!

The whole feeling of the clothes remind me of accessory designer Powerhaus

i love how some of the pieces have discreet rosettes, like the shawl thing with crocheted rosettes and the dresses, jackets, and capes.

not really a bad collection but it brings a very deja vu feeling..

(i also hate anything black&white - as a rule)

Thanks for posting, their strongest effort yet I think....I still get that Ann Demeulemeester feeling (which is not a bad thing) esp the tucked+folded and the tie dye pieces
