^ Well, according to models.com he was born in Spain, the fact he was born in Europe makes him european not latin american, so he's not latino.

My doubt here is his name... "Pepe" is a nickname of the name José. I'm latino and all the "Pepes" I've known are called that because it's a friendly/cultural habit from spanish speaking countries to call most Josés that way, just like Bill, Billy, Will or Willy are nicknames for "William" in english speaking countries... It would be very weird and funny if their parents decided to name him with a popular nickname instead of the formal name , I really hope he's real name is José.

^A latin person is considered those who speak a language that comes from latin, there a lot of languages from latin, like spanish, italian ,portuguese and more. Latin is an ancient Indo-European language. So yes, he's latin.
