You use so many adjectives that it becomes puzzling to a foreigner like me. Yet I sense it's really funny and I just hope it's something positive

I love the male sweater from post 3#...that's about it really...that and the styling is probably the best we've seen from london so far...the freckles ad the hair is fantastic..

i wonder how long those freckles took !
& wht i'd look like w/them

this is v.peter jensen basically . .
can't think of another way to put it . . it's his 'thing' imo
a v.gd thing at tht !

OMG....L-O-V-E it!! :woot:

I think this is also the strongest collection I've seen from Peter too

Is the make up a "gracer" version of last SS Bernhard Willhelm?

I like the blue in post #7:-)

i really like this collection! a couple outfits are a bit boring but the rest of it is pure love. and yes, fantastic styling. yay!

I like it, very fresh. The prettiness of the design is toned down by the use of banal materials, instead of chiffon, lace, etc.

I love this.
The cuts are so great, everything looks clean, airy
Nice pants/blouse outfit made best impression on me

What cuteness! Overall it's very charming. I think some of the fits err on the side of dumpiness, though. :ermm:

Here's the style.com review: apparently the inspiration for the collection was Sissy Spacek  :
LONDON, September 20, 2005 – He put up bunting. He played Loretta Lynn and Elvis. And his models stepped onto the platform, hair in plaited updos, faces and limbs covered with freckles, looking like unspoiled girls at a country fair sometime in the mid-sixties. An unusual vision for a shy man who grew up in a fishing village in the inaccessible north of Denmark, but with its gawky charm, idealized perspective, and idolization of unlikely heroines, it is the world of Peter Jensen.
The collection, it transpired, was the designer's mash note to Sissy Spacek in movies from Coal Miner's Daughter to Carrie to Badlands. His Sissy girls wore checked cotton smocks, Girl Scout uniforms, red denim overall dresses, and gawky little knits sequined with farmyard motifs. For prom, they'd worked dutifully on their home dressmaking patterns and came out wearing simple white frocks lovingly embellished with plastic beads.

Innocent yet gently spoofy, Jensen's love for deliberately unsexy clothes runs directly counter to the prevailing culture of reality TV and celebrity overkill. He has a growing fan base that admires his clean, innocent, and Scandinavian sensibility that, as it turns out, includes Spacek herself, who sent Jensen a thrilled e-mail. "I got a real kick out of hearing the news about the Sissy collection," she told him. "All I can imagine are little, cotton, country shirtwaist dresses, from all areas of the American South." Exactly right. And just to make this a happy ending, she's asked him to make her a dress.

It's the second strong season for him now, though I like this even more than a/w 2005. Maybe cos I'm a big fan of Sissy Spacek too...Can't wait to see the clothes in the showroom, Peter's fit is meant to be a bit acward and even the simplest items always have some quirky tweaking going on...

really, really like it! LOVE the black and white outfit w/ the bow~!

^ You mean the last one I posted? I'm still going giddy when I look at it :woot:
