I like what I see so far

The dress Stam is wearing sort of looks like the dress in McQueen AW 2005 collection

I like what Marina is wearing, and I agree that the shape of those gowns look like McQueen's or Rochas'.

I enjoy it. Not the best work I have seen from the line, but very good none-the-less. Some designs and fabrics in the collection are innovative....and then some are not. Ostrich feathers...oh Peter!

These looked so much better during the show, I thought. The finale gowns were all linen, and somewhat relaxed and crisp, and to dress them up a bit (Peter said they were missing something when I spoke with him about them a week ago), I think they gold-leafed some of them. But I think the point was to dress up linen, hence the gownage.

The reaction I got from the show was that the looks were very pretty. "Pretty was definitely the word bandied about a lot.

I like it. The idea of gold leafing linen definitley counts as innovating, and the clothes were nice. I would wear most of them.

& the dress with buttons arranged in inverted-U looks quite like YSL's stuff, but YSL's a skirt.

(It happens tht I sketched a dress with a top tht looks very much like tht inverted-V dress more than a yr ago ...... the world is so small, ppl usually come up with the same ideas.)
