I love it. he is coming for a trunk show next month at a local boutique I shop at alot. I get to see all the samples and order whatever I want.

I already have 4 things picked out. including the grey dress posted above and the yellow tie top and skirt...I love it.

I like this collection..and I haven't liked any of Som's collections since fall winter 2004..so I'm pleasantly surprised.

I don't think it's anything new. But I think that I'm going to remember it later on opposite to most of the NY collections, which I've basically already forgotten. . .

somehow his collections were lacking a "certain je ne sais quoi"... until this one..
he managed to make it look more interesting and softer in contrasting shades/silhouettes and include some pieces which can easily be mixed and matched.
i especially like the striped blouse

Yeah, it was extremely flowy on the runway. The gowns are particularly beautiful, I think - they billowed wide in the back, sheer, and you could see the velvet sashes that tied underneath the bosom underneath the sheer panels.

I'm going to a party with Peter tomorrow and I'll try and see what the retailer reviews are.
