That's certainly one way to make lemonade out of lemons. I love how simple this is, it's quite striking.
I'm also not quite sure about the comments expressing disappointment at the lack of color in the ad. I'm pretty sure most of the collection itself was black, white and grey with some red tossed in, hardly a kaleidoscope of colors to pick from.
This is an iconic campaign with an iconic and powerful model. I don't get the hate and I don't think another model would have made it look this effortless and iconic. Bravo to Prabal Gurung for having another campaign and using Joan. This is striking!
