I think some of you ladies are neglecting the fact that this is a men's bag and are judging it with the same criteria as, say, a sequined Fendi baguette. :P

Men generally prefer starker, more minimal aesthetics, something that may strike women as boring. :innocent:
 
It really depends on what you are using it for. I think it would be more appropriate for carrying a change of clothes and your toiletteries than it would be for everyday use. The shape is kind of akward for a book bag. But I guess architecture students are always spending the night in the studio so it may come in handy.
