Prada F/W 2025.26 by Oliver Hadlee Pearch

Willy, I'm sorry that I had it out for you when the issue is Prada's creative team and their obsession with producing basic, uninspired concepts, cause what the actual hell is this?

^ yeah, I forgot this one. Still looks so old Prada, and the Meisel weirdness

Also I like better the girls from my generation 😅 Ashleigh, Ola, Lexi, Cindy, Amanda... the only that still working for them is Julia.

also bad campaign and clothes no matter how great the girls

I wonder why Meisel did not shoot this season's Prada campaign. Even though the spring/summer 2025 campaign was not Meisel's best, I still prefer it over this multi-person visual mess.

I still like that campaign, the video is so Meisel, even he didn't direct that. It's a bit odd, creepy in a fashion way. I need to Google who was the artistic director before Verderi... I agree the clothes from that season aren't Miuccia's best, but I take everything before 2017, when this nightmare started. Meisel moving away really changed how we see Prada. He can make horrible collections look nice. Not disliking this current campaign 100%, just because Julia Nobis knows how to model. Compare the way she holds that bag vs Kendall. Also remains as one of the girls born in the early 90s that I still see in fashion ads. I miss that generation, makes me feel it's someone else time but not mine. I can't name almost none under 25 now, just a few, but ten years ago I could tell several. Expecting a comment like "but they weren't even top models", hahaha.

Prada is performing exceptionally well. The products in-store are highly desirable and chic, even if that isn’t always reflected on the runway or in their campaigns. That said, no one is really buying the runway looks anyway, so as long as the brand maintains visibility, they’re doing just fine.
It's funny how brands with the cringest directors or bland team are doing so well in sales. Recent ones: Gucci under Alessandro, Dior under Maria Grazia, Balenciaga under Demna... makes me think gen Z as consumers has a different view about quality (or they don't even care, buy just because the brand's name, or following some idol).

Why is Sora there but getting blocked by someone else? What’s the point?
ITS PRADA!!! because white eurocentric faces matter :-)

when you have german historical dubois original photography catalogs & books in your company archive as reference what you expect :-)

its so funny when i see inclusion comments seen as pc ..i wonder when people will see the real picture how these things work lol

Not the German comment! LOL

But I mean like she's SORA. She's an icon compared to these people. Why are we doing her dirty?! haha

I do agree with you that my Prada store (Beverly Hills) does carry chic pieces. But it's quite alarming that everything look very Miu Miu. Even the sales associate agreed with me that Prada is leaning too hard into the Miu Miu look for store products. The "Days of Summer" campaign is the perfect example how the New Prada is the Old Miu Miu (from 2 years ago).

Re this campaign, it's quite non-sensical even though they tried to make it as a big event.

I’d like to call this the “RAF’s effect”.

Atrocious to the point that it looks fake.

Prada Group retail sales are expected to grow 10 per cent in Q2, per HSBC estimates, compared with a 13 per cent gain in Q1. Comps are difficult after an extended period of growth. “I expect further moderation in both Prada and Miu Miu in Q2,” Solca says.
