He had never previously worked with Carey Mulligan either until this season. I would generally never even assume that this could be Meisel's work, but with the diminishing quality of his recent work and his latest comeback to Prada, I can't be quite sure. I just hope it isn't because my fan heart can't take another hit so soon...

I hate the AI boat and water (Prada had a computer-generated wlake for the Fall 2009 campaign but at least that had stunning clothes/accessories, and had somewhat of a story/dramatics).

Yes! You're right. The other half of that campaign wasn't that bad (Harris 😍). It's quite rare they never collab before, even when she was full time model. She's the kind of model you can find in any VI editorial from the early 2010s, that type of beauty, but never made it into some Meisel gig all these years. I would like to see these two making something and better than this. My biggest problem with this campaign is not even the photography. The clothes is horrible. Prada post 2016 is beyond forgettable, and now they will drag Versace further with them. Not only Meisel departure started Prada's downhill.
