I know it's still a bit early but it's fun guessing when you don't know what's coming ahead.

• Jasmine Tookes
• Julia Frauche
• Erjona Ala
• Karolina Waz
• Ros Georgiou
• Josefien Rodermans
• Ruby-Jean Wilson
• Antonia Wesseloh
• Lara Mullen
• Valerija Sestic

Others: Marte Mei Van Haaster, Rosemary Smith, Marihenny Rivera Pasible, Romee Strijd, Morgane Warnier, Maria Bradley, Caitlin Lomax, Nadine Ponce

I was working on my list and then realized Im totally concurring with your sweet pickings Style savvy. But I would actually put half of your honorary mentions in the actual list. Then consider this my wishlist;

-Josefien Rodermans
-Erjona Ala
-Jasmine Tookes
-Marte Mei ( I think she's gonna do really well in Paris)
-Valerija Sestic ( Shoo-in)
-Antonia Wesseloh
-Nadine Ponce
-Marihenny Rivera Pasible
-Romee Strijd
-Karolina Waz

I reserve the right to alter names along the season ^_^

Here's my list so far. The season isn't over yet so I still have a few spots to fill!

Antonia Wesseloh
Erjona Ala
Jamine Tookes
Josefien Rodermans
Karolina Waz
Nadine Ponce
Nyasha Matonhodze

Maybe Sojourner Morrell, I think she's be a great Balenciaga girl, maybe an exclusive?

This season has been very interesting so far - Milan has basically shut out anyone who was consistent in NY and London (Karolina W, Erjona, etc.). Even Josefien Rodermans has only booked a couple of shows so far...so unless Paris revives one or two, Jasmine Tookes and maybe Julia Frauche and Romee are the ones to watch for me right now.

As for Valerija S, I think the current age controversy surrounding her is going to make Style.com (Or any other notable list) think twice about featuring her.

We're gonna have to wait till Paris, but so far i'd say:

Maria Bradley
Erjona Ala
Jasmine Tookes
Marihenny Rivera
Antonia Wesseloh

I would add Vika Failileeva to the list. She has been pretty consistent thus far.

Valerija and Cora seemed to have dropped off. I really thought Valerija would pull a Jac-F/W 09 but she hasn't shown up IIRC.

Paris could change everything but so far the obvious ones are
Erjona
Antonia
Karolina Waz
Lara Mullen
Valerija Sestic

Antonia Wesseloh / Ford
Erjona Ala / Ford
Jasmine Tookes / IMG
Josefien Rodermans / Supreme
Julia Frauche / Next
Karolina Waz / Ford
Lara Mullen / Premier (Ford NY?)
Romee Strijd / DNA
Ros Georgiou / Marilyn
Valerija Sestic / Women

Watching:
Hedvig Palm / Next (One selective show per city so far... could be everywhere in Paris), Marihenny Rivera Pasible / NYMM, Marte Mei / IMG.

My personal 10 favourites:

Valerija Sestic
Lara Mullen
Hedvig Palm
Frida Aasen
Morgane Warnier
Josefien Rodermans
Brittany Burke
Marleen Gaasbeek
Jasmine Tookes
Laura Kampman

I have to already revise my list,
Karolina Waz is out, Kati Nescher is in, impressive girl!
And indeed Bianca, Hedvig Palm! I totally forgot about her, she just might explode in Paris....

Well said Faith :flower: Paris will definitely be the final test for these newcomers

Valerija Sestic was wow at Dolce
also Antonia will still be in Top 10 despite slowing down

Even though I know this will never happen but I'd love to see Andie Arthur on the list just because she keeps getting better with each season and booking bigger and bigger shows. Maybe she will do good and Paris, who knows. One can always hope!

Also can't forget about Nadine Ponce as others have already mentioned...really picking up some momentum! ;)

Well, one Models.com Top 10 Newcomer has been named - not a big surprise: Ros Georgiou.

A Calvin Klein exclusive is an interesting proposition. The girls could blast (see Karlie Kloss) or she could blip but that coveted booking will always swing the spotlight onto a new girl. Post London and Milan and currently revving up for Paris, Marilyn’s Ros is a new girl with a big buzz now that she has walked for three of the power shows of London (Giles Deacon, Jonathan Saunders, Christopher Kane) even as key bookings are still locking in her favor. Discovered by Marilyn via MDC’s Daily Duo Ros has truly lived up to that early potential. Watch for a major run by this standout Greek beauty.

Also: like Saskia de Brauw last season, I can see Kati Nescher being a top newcomer in her late 20s (27, to be exact). She's plowing through top shows in Milan.

What about Gertrud? It's her first (real) runway season after all. She hasn't been at all the hype shows, but she's doing consistently well and her management is very selective. Quality shows all around.

I know I'm a little biased but she's def doing better in Milano than some of the girls mentioned here. :p

i dont understand ros at all. i think she becomes a CK exclsuive because she is not booking any other shows same as jasmin and marleen. its is like it is a exclusive by default.:ninja:

Jasmine wasn't even a Calvin Klein exclusive. And Othilia can make the list if she's still considered a newcomer.

Another Models.com Top 10 Newcomer: Jasmine Tookes.

Jasmine Tookes’ journey through the three prior show week platforms, New York (Calvin), London (Tom Ford) and Milan (Prada, Versace) has her beautifully positioned as a breakout star of the SS12 season. Jasmine’s earlier track record which has seen her logging campaigns for DKNY and Gap is that sure-fire indicator that this is one girl who will be fully aware of the new editorial and advertising possibilites her high visibility runway streak is opening. And that’s the beauty of perseverance.
