No, she didn't. She has wore her hair like this before. I think she just pinned her hair up there.

Btw, her Hugo Boss summer dress was stunning, although I wish she didn't wear those peep toed heels.

Her hair looks great but I like her hair in the past more... I personally think thin/straight hair doesn't suit her very well (she looks beautiful still), I love her hair thicker. I kinda get what you mean about your later part, but I wouldn't go there since it's an inappropriate topic here.
